Who we are
The Tuckerbox is a small business specialising in Australian and Australian-inspired treats based in Portland, Oregon. It is owned by 3 women — Caitlin, Sharon and Jasmin.
Jasmin O’Neill
Jasmin is a native of Sydney, Australia who met and fell in love with a native Portlander and moved here 6 years ago. She loves Portland but she misses the Australian treats of her childhood – and so the idea for The Tuckerbox was born!
Sharon Mendels
Sharon and Jasmin grew up together in Sydney and now they both live in Portland. Sharon’s cravings for the Aussie treats of her homeland inspired her to set up The Tuckerbox with Jasmin and Caitlin.
Caitlin Tierney
Caitlin is a native Portlander (and honorary Aussie!) who holds a Baking and Pastry Arts certificate from Oregon Culinary Institute. She has been baking and cooking for almost as long as she can remember – her favourite Tuckerbox pastry is the friand. Caitlin also makes wedding cakes.
